On Thursday, March 26th from 7 to 8:30 p.m., there will be a public forum as part of the White Ribbon Campaign, which works to raise awareness about how men of all ages can be part of the solution in ending domestic violence. This forum follows the recent proclamation by the Board of Selectmen of March 5th as White Ribbon Day and a similar recognition at the state level. There will be a brief video presentation, followed by a discussion to be facilitated by Craig Norbert-Bohm, Coordinator of the Men's Initiative for Jane Doe, Inc. and Joe Curro, Vice Chair of the Arlington Board of Selectmen. Light refreshments will be provided. This forum is being presented in conjunction with the First Step Domestic Violence Program and will take place in the Lyons Hearing Room at Arlington Town Hall, 730 Massachusetts Avenue. For more information on White Ribbon Day, visit http://whiteribbonday.janedoe.org/.
