About the Trainer: Rodrigo Monterrey is the Deputy Director for the Office of Health Equity (OHE) at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH). Mr. Monterrey brings over 15 years of Public Health experience developing, implementing and monitoring HIV/AIDS, Emergency Preparedness and Substance Abuse programs, as well as leading the CLAS (Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services) systems-change initiative at OHE. Prior to joining MDPH, Mr. Monterrey worked in the advertising and higher-education fields.
