Take Back the Night is a nation-wide movement that brings awareness to the impact sexual violence in all forms, including sexual assault, dating violence and domestic violence, has on individuals and communities. It is observed annually, in Lowell, with a rally at City Hall followed by a march to University Crossing. The night ends with an open mic for survivors to share their experience, strength, and hope with their communities. VRLC Senior Staff Attorney Hema Sarang-Sieminski will be the keynote speaker.
The event is free and open to all community members!
