This workshop has been developed for JDI member programs, DPH funded rape crisis centers and JDI invited guests.
Please note: There is no fee for this workshop and we ask that all participants pre-register.
Food will not be served; there is a cafeteria on site and/or you may bring your own
• Learn about the successful implementation of a bystander intervention approach in the gender based violence prevention field
• Engage in discussions about how your program can implement strategies for effective male and youth engagement
• Hear from local organizations on how they are currently implementing MVP in their communities
About Jarrod Chin: Jarrod Chin has been with Sport in Society since 2001 and currently serves as the Director of Training and Curriculum. Jarrod oversees all outreach programming in the Greater Boston area. He ensures that the outreach staff delivers high-quality and , Chin has written curriculum and consulted for numerous sports organizations and non-profits. Chin graduated from Connecticut College with a degree in history in 2001 and holds a Master's Degree in the Art of Teaching from Northeastern University.
